The Clearbrook Maintenance Department is an in-house organization which provides maintenance services for the community associations.  On-site maintenance services for minor home repairs, at reasonable rates, are also available for residents.

The Maintenance Department's hours are 8:00am until 4:30pm, 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday.  In addition, the department offers 24 hour emergency service, 7 days a week.
